"The food is always great here. Always good flavor and fresh. For being out in the country the seafood options are just as good as you could get just about anywhere else. Burgers are juicy and flavorful. Perfect spot for wing night! Some of the best wing flavors around! They have some of the best specials and event nights in the area! Definitely worth checking out!"

"Had a great first visit to the hotel. We had an enjoyable meal in the bar including shrimp and a cheeseburger bacon wrap. They were excellent. Easy on and off Rt 15 with a quiet end of the road location. There's a dining room we will try next. Wait staff were quick, kind, and efficient."

"2025 update, Trout Run is so good, that it is part of my annual visit. The food is great, and the owners take great care of the place. It is very clean, there is not a speck of dust on anything. The staff are very friendly and they know their regular customers. If I lived in the area, Trout Run would be like Cheers for me, because not only would they know my name, they would be glad I came. So, to anyone reading this review, make Trout Run Hotel your must stop spot. 2024 update, Trout Run still rocks. The Ranch Pickle pizza now comes in personal size. The food is very good, the atmosphere is inviting and scrupulously clean, and the staff are very friendly. My favorite guilty pleasure is their ranch pizza with pickles; it is a surprisingly tasty treat. Try it. You will love it."

"A really nice bar up in the mountains but easy enough to get to right off of the highway. The bar food is great with daily specials. Really good burgers too and cold beer! Nice rustic atmosphere and bar is awesome with the fish carved into it. Definitely worth a stop if passing through..."
